Fukumitsuya, located in Kanazawa city Ishikawa prefecture has been brewing delicious sake products for more than 60 years, making it the oldest and most historic sake brewery in Kanazawa. Using only high-quality and organically cultivated sake rice from Hyogo prefecture, they have been able to successfully create a cooking sake that is characterized by its golden color, mellowness, and rich-bodied flavor.

In fact, this cooking sake is brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice, which is said to be the king of sake rice in the sake community. It is a pure rice sake that is delicious enough to drink on its own.
